Working with this company is great! excellent product and great customer and technical service. I was a bit hesitant ordering from china, but communication has been great. a slight delay due to time difference, but very minimal. Mavis and Luka are great. I would order from them again if I need another DTF printer.
DO NOT PURCHASE!
I purchased A 10ft, not a small item. Nicole promised me helped with my printer before purchasing , it’s been months and Luka the tech only refers me to videos I’ve already watched. my printer has been saying carriage communication issue for weeks and I’ve done everything i can. I gave them more than enough time to rectify and still there is no one willing to help me put my printer together (they just say, refer to videos which I’ve done). I can’t get anyone to do A hands on call with me. save yourself the trouble. if someone helps me I’ll update this review but after 2 months and all the trouble I’ve been through it’s not worth it. worse part is you can’t return it so they have their money regardless
