DO NOT PURCHASE!
I purchased A 10ft, not a small item. Nicole promised me helped with my printer before purchasing , it’s been months and Luka the tech only refers me to videos I’ve already watched. my printer has been saying carriage communication issue for weeks and I’ve done everything i can. I gave them more than enough time to rectify and still there is no one willing to help me put my printer together (they just say, refer to videos which I’ve done). I can’t get anyone to do A hands on call with me. save yourself the trouble. if someone helps me I’ll update this review but after 2 months and all the trouble I’ve been through it’s not worth it. worse part is you can’t return it so they have their money regardless
